assigned 17 November to the 5th Division
1957 - Inactivated 1 December in Germany and relieved from
assignment to 9th Infantry Division, and redesignated as Headquarters
and Headquarters Company, 5th Battle Group, 60th Infantry
1966 - Redesignated 1 February as Headquarters and
Headquarters Company, 5th Battalion, 60th Infantry, and assigned to
the 9th Infantry Division and activated at Fort Riley, Kansas
1970 - Inactivated 13 October at Fort Lewis, WA
